1. Manuscript Preparation:

  • Format: Prepare your manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Length: Manuscripts should be concise yet comprehensive, typically ranging from 5000 to 8000 words.
  • Title Page: Include a separate title page with the title of the paper, all author names and affiliations, corresponding author details (including email address and ORCID iD, if available), and any acknowledgments.
  • Abstract: Provide a structured abstract of no more than 250 words, summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.
  • Keywords: Include 3 to 6 keywords below the abstract to aid in indexing and searchability.
  • Headings: Clearly indicate the hierarchy of headings (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion) using appropriate formatting.
  • Figures and Tables: Ensure that all figures and tables are cited in the text and placed within the document. Provide high-quality, numbered figures and tables with concise captions.

2. Manuscript Structure:

  • Introduction: Clearly state the purpose of the study and provide sufficient background information to contextualize the research.
  • Methods: Describe the experimental or computational methods used in the study in sufficient detail to allow reproducibility.
  • Results: Present the findings of the study objectively, using figures and tables where appropriate to enhance clarity.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results in the context of existing literature and discuss their implications. Avoid redundant repetition of results.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings of the study and highlight their significance. Avoid introducing new information in the conclusion.

3. References:

  • Citation Style: Follow the IEEE citation style for referencing. Ensure all in-text citations are listed in the reference list, and vice versa.
  • Reference List: Include a list of all cited references at the end of the manuscript, arranged alphabetically by the first author's surname.

4. Submission Process:
